SIX SIGMA, a leading provider of lead finish, BGA reballing, and column attach services for the electronics industry, announced today that it has been awarded DSCC commercial laboratory suitability status for it’s 24,000 square foot facility located at 905 Montague Expressway, Milpitas, CA. Six Sigma’s multi-million dollar custom-designed facility is equipped to perform MIL-STD-883 tests on monolithic microcircuits in accordance with the requirements of military specification MIL-PRF-38535.
